The American College of Trial Lawyers had a special article titled “Meet Your New Secretary: Thomas H. Tongue” in their Spring Bulletin.  William H. Morrison, a former partner at Dunn Carney, served as President of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1972-73. 

Tom is quoted in the article, “He (Morrison) would be smiling now to know that the young lawyer he mentored is working to further his beloved College.

It is a high honor to be elected an officer of the College.  I look forward to the opportunity to participate fully in the College’s efforts to maintain and improve the administration of justice and in particular its efforts to preserve the place of trial by jury in our system.”
