This program will look at Employment Challenges in 2009. FLSA and unpaid wage claims remain the favorites of employees. We will discuss how they arise and how to avoid them. We will also review the expanded scope of the ADA and what companies should be doing to prepare. Finally, we will address the Employee Free Choice Act, what it means to you, and how you can avoid being on the radar screen of unions and their Business Agents.
