Jack Hoffman is a partner at Dunn Carney specializing in land use, condemnation and general litigation.

In addition to his legal practice, he has been actively involved in local and regional land use policies.  As a Lake Oswego City Councilor for eight years, he was involved in numerous land use decisions.  In addition, Jack was a member and Chair of the Metro Policy Advisory Committee, a committee of elected officials who advise the Metro Council.  During the time that he was a member of this advisory group, the Metro Regional government expanded the Urban Growth Boundary, adding over 20,000 acres, including over 4,000 acres of industrial land.  As Chair of MPAC, he helped shape and implement the Regional Natural Resources Program.
