Jay R. Chock, Partner

Jay‘s practice concentrates in trial and resolution of complex cases. Jay has tried over 130 jury trials in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington in addition to resolving numerous cases through arbitration. Jay's 24 years of experience spans litigation areas as diverse as intellectual property, job-site injury, products liability, fire loss, defamation law, construction defect and transportation law. In 2006, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Jay as a Super Lawyer in General Litigation.  From 2003-2005, Jay served as head of the Litigation Practice Group.
