Dunn Carney is widely recognized for its expertise in insurance law. This experience includes first party claims, employment discrimination, liquor liability, products liability, professional negligence, personal injury, commercial tort and business losses, property damage cases and self-insured defense.
In January 2006, Dunn Carney started an internet blog focused on insurance coverage matters. David Rossmiller, a litigator who specializes in insurance coverage and a former award-winning investigative newspaper reporter for 10 years, will be the primary author and managing editor of the blog.
