Portland, Ore. –Melissa Busley has joined Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP.  Busley will focus on estate planning and tax law and a member of the firm’s Wills and Estates Team. 

 

Prior to joining Dunn Carney, Busley was with Hershner Hunter, LLP in Eugene.  Busley received her LLM at the University of Washington School of Law, Graduate Program in Taxation in 2004, her J.D. from University of Oregon in 2003 and her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Washington State University in 2000.
