August 31- the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a $16.2 million jury verdict in Cascade Health Solutions v. PeaceHealth, an antitrust case between the two Eugene Hospitals.  Dunn Carney wrote an amicus curiae brief for the case on behalf of our client PacificSource Health Plans.
