Portland, Ore. –Randy L. Arthur has joined Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP as Of Counsel.  Arthur will focus on commercial, insurance coverage, and professional liability litigation.

Prior to joining Dunn Carney, Arthur was a shareholder with Bullivant Houser Bailey PC.  He formerly served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Anna J. Brown, United States District Court Judge of Oregon.   Arthur received his J.D. with distinction from Hofstra University, School of Law in 1985. He also has a M.S.W. from the University of California in Berkley, California and an A.B. from Occidental College.
