Kelly J. Martin, Associate

Kelly Martin is an associate in the Dunn Carney Corporate Counsel, Closely Held Business and Labor and Employment Law teams. In addition to her general business and commercial practice, Kelly works with clients on all aspects of state and federal employment law, including advising employers on a wide range of personnel issues, including those relating to family/medical leaves and immigration issues. Kelly also assists clients in drafting employment agreements in settings where non-competition, non-solicitation, or confidentiality restrictions are appropriate.

Prior to law school, Kelly worked in the high-tech sector in project management and product marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
