Anne D. Foster, Partner

 

Anne specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on business disputes, physical injury, and professional malpractice. In addition to counseling clients in ways to protect their interests and avoid protracted litigation, Anne has handled numerous matters on a cost-effective basis through arbitration and trial.   While attending law school Anne was the speech writer for David Frohnmayer, President of the University of Oregon and former Attorney General. Also during law school, Anne assisted the National Association of Attorneys General in distributing over $9.6 billion of discretionary funds from the national tobacco settlement to the many states and provinces involved.

 

Prior to attending law school, Anne was the Associate Director of Development & Marketing at the YWCA of Clark County where she raised money to shelter domestic violence victims.
