Feb. 22-  Bob Winger made a presentation for National Association of Credit Managers (NACM) on Legal Aspects of Credit: Business Organization and Contracts. 

 

Feb. 23 Jack Cooper gave a presentation to National Association of Credit Managers (NACM) on Advanced Antitrust topics.

 

Feb. 27- Dunn Carney was a major sponsor at the Dairy Farmers of Oregon convention.  Elizabeth Howard was a featured speaker at the event.

 

Mar. 14 - Bob Winger made a presentation for National Association of Credit Managers on Legal Forms of Business Organizations.

 

April 6-9- Tom Tongue was the moderator of a panel at the spring meeting of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The topic was The war on terror and individual constitutional rights, where do we draw the line? Panel members include Janet Reno, Judge Guy of the FISA Review Court and two law professors.

May 5- Ken Davis and Missy Ryan spoke at the Oregon Community Foundation Philanthropy Forum on helping clients donate real property to charity.

 

June 2- David Zehntbauer spoke on the Law of Easements.

 

June 6- Ken Antell spoke at a Lorman seminar on Negotiating Complex Real Estate Transactions in Oregon.

 

June 17- Jack Cooper gave a lecture on Title VII and related employment discrimination laws in a Strategic Human Resources Management course in the MBA program at Concordia University.

 

July 25- Jack Cooper was a co-chair for a break-out session with Dennis Doherty on Employment Issues at Nonprofits at a Nonprofit Risk Management Conference sponsored by JBL&K Insurance.

 

Q2 2006- Marsha Murray-Lusby made three speeches to the Portland Federal Executive Board this quarter.
