Timothy B. Hering, Associate

Tim is a litigation associate focusing on business and commercial litigation, real estate law, and construction law.  He works with closely held businesses to avoid disputes and to resolve them quickly and effectively when they occur.  Tim received his B.A. in English, with honors, from the University of Washington in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2005.  While in law school, he was an Executive Editor for the Oregon Law Review and a tutor for the Legal Research and Writing Program.  He also clerked for a litigation firm in Eugene, Oregon. 

In his free time, Tim enjoys writing, taking walks with his wife, live music, and spending time with friends.  He also enjoys traveling and has made it to every state in the U.S. with the exception of Rhode Island.
