Kjersten H. Turpen, Associate

Kjersten is an associate in the Litigation Group.  Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, products liability, environmental law and insurance coverage, in both federal and state court.

Prior to joining Dunn Carney, from 1999 to 2000, Kjersten served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael R. Hogan in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.  From 2000-2003, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Malcolm F. Marsh in the United States District Court, where she received the Distinguished Service Award for her excellent service to the Court.  Since leaving the court in 2003, Kjersten has represented business clients and individuals in state and federal court as an advocate with a mind toward practical resolution of disputes.
