Ty K. Wyman, Of Counsel

 

Having focused his practice exclusively on land use issues, Ty has extensive experience presenting applications to city and county hearing bodies for all types of entitlement (e.g. permits, plan amendments, Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) expansions). He has particular experience in issues related to traffic impact mitigation (including negotiating approval conditions, reduction of impact fees, and development agreements).
