David Zehntbauer is a partner at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP,  where his practice focuses on real estate and corporate law. He leads the firm's Real Estate and Land Use team and is also an active member of the Business, Hospitality, Intellectual Property, and Condominium and Planned Community teams.  He has extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions and dispositions as well as commercial and residential leasing and lease enforcement.  David also works with real property owners to form new construction condominiums, conversion condominiums and planned unit developments. Recently his work has included loan workouts and advising clients with respect to mitigation of risk involving troubled assets. 
 

In addition to his real estate work, David advises clients regarding entity selection, formation and financing, including the representation of closely held businesses and companies raising equity financing. 
 

David is also active in the community serving as a Director of  the Community Warehouse, working as a member of the Oregon Business Association Good Government Committee, and participating in several real estate organizations in Portland.
